How do I receive support for my Charge 6?

I don't understand how are you allowed to sell products whith no customer support. I have just received a Charge 6 with short wristband and there is no way to talk with customer support or return the product.

The way you do business is a shame and this was the last time I have bought one of your products.

And by the way, the Charge 4 is of extreme poor quality. Just stopped working. Worked well for less than 1 year.

Buying your products is just waste of money.

You are joking. Right? I don't have Twitter or Facebook and will never have.

Is this taking me the right to have customer support?

I wrote to customer support e-mail address and the reply was that there is no email address available for that.

I tried to call, in Germany there is no phone number for customer support. Am I obliged to call in US?

I tried all the options and none of them is working.

It's a shame to treat customers like that. I am amazed that you have the nerve to send me this message assuming that I am not able to find what you did. Thanks for the good intention anyway.
