How long to receive a refund?

I sent my Fitbit back for a refund 6 weeks ago. Anyone have experience with a Fitbit return? Should I expect to wait longer? Customer support had no clue why this is taking so long. Horrible service.

You'll have to keep working with Support, nobody here can answer that question for you.

For what it's worth, the one time I had to exchange my device, I got it back within a week.
