Hi,
I would like to receive a vibration notification when my heartbeat crosses below 120 bpm and when it crosses above 150 bpm.
If it's impossible, at least I'd like to be notified when it crosses above and below.
I went to :
- Settings
- Activity & Wellness
- Heart Setings
- Exercise - Heart Rate Zone
But there I'm a bit confused because there are already established heart rate zones and I don't understand what generates a notification and what not.
Could anyone help me please?
I would be even happier if this could work without having to enter in "exercise mode", but any time.
Kind regards,

Hi, @Vincere9! Unfortunately, as you see on your settings, this only happens when you are working out, when you enter into the different defined heart rate zones. You can set a high and low warning, which will notify you when you're above and below a threshold and still for a certain amount of time, but that's not what you're looking for.

Hello @Vincere9
This help article explains the Fitbit High / Low heart rate notification: How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit? (<-- click link)
However, I agree that I don't think this what you're looking for.
