My Charge 6 will notify me if my heart rate is outside of my high and low thresholds "while you appear to be inactive for at least 10 minutes." I need it to notify me if my heart rate is outside my high and low thresholds DURING EXERCISE. How can I make it do that?

I didn't alter any settings and my watch tells my whenever I cross an activity zone threshold, from light to moderate, to vigorous, to peak where it tells me to "slow your roll".

Hi @jodyej - I don't think there's a way to do that. I believe the point of the thresholds you're describing is to alert users if something is out of range when you wouldn't expect it to be.
Best it can do is give you the zone notifications that tell you when you're in Light, Moderate, Vigorous, or Peak zones. You can configure that when you start an exercise on the Charge 6 by scrolling down after tapping on the exercise and turning on Heart Zone Notifications. I *think* those are on by default.

Hello @jodyej
I can confirm what @mikey_pdx said: there isn't a way to have your Charge 6 notify when you exceed a high threshold during exercise. It's expected that your heart rate will go into those higher ranges during exercise. The reason why the high/low notifications are set up to occur after you've been inactive for 10 minutes is to rule out "false notifications" due to exercise/movement.
If this is something you need for health reasons, you might want to discuss this with your healthcare provider and see what they recommend.

I was getting my charge 6 notifications when reached the next zone level on heart rate and then automatically it has stopped doing this!

A couple of places you might want to check just in case are as follows:
In the watch settings, make sure heat rate and AZM notifications are set to on.
In settings/quiet mode, make sure do not disturb is off, and exercise focus is off.

I also get these notifications, Is there a way to customise it so that it only alerts you when you leave the moderate zone? I want to keep my runs in the moderate zone so each time I exceed that I'd like to be notified and told to slow down.

Hello & welcome @shaz222
Unfortunately, there currently isn't a way to customize the heart rate zone notifications during exercise.
That said, your Charge 6 will vibrate/buzz when you reach the various heart rate zones:
So, if you feel your Charge 6 buzzing more than 1 time, that means your exceeding the Moderate zone and should slow down.
