Hello.
I'm very new to all this. And probably not the average age of a fitbit customer either!
I tried to set up my new charge 6 this morning and I am still at it!
Thing is, my phone is seeing it, but tells me I must download the app to connect it through Bluetooth. My watch is fully charged but I only get two screens, one is the fitbit logo with today's date and the other is a message telling me to download the blasted app! Which I have now done. THREE times!
I've been through all of the trouble shooting things. Turn off the phone ... it will neither go entirely off nor start properly. Turn off and restart phone. Yes, twice. Shut off Bluetooth, count to 100, double the number you first thought off, somersault twice, backwards and turn it back on again!
Yep done all that.
Now what. Help. Please??
