Cannot add Charge 6 to app

Hello, i have an iphone 14 and fitbit charge 6. This morning it wouldn’t sync so i removed the charge 6 from the app and attempted to add it again. It wont let me add my charge 6 now. It’s plugged in to charge as it says to do and ive restarted several times and turned bluetooth on and off too. Please can i have some advice on how to fix this issue

@Amica12 I checked with support and it seems like you already have a case created. My best advice is to keep an open communication with them so they can provide you with more details about your situation.

@JLPI76 I suggest you try to do the following:

  1. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone; wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
  2. Restart your Charge 6. See How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Turn your phone off and back on.
  4. Remove your Fitbit device from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your phone or tablet:
    1. On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth.
    2. Tap the information icon or gear icon next to the name of your Fitbit device.
    3. Find the option to forget the device.
  5. Try setting up your device again. How do I set up my Fitbit device?
  6. For OS requirements, see Fitbit-compatible devices.
