How to start treadmill run on charge 6

Hi

I just got a new charge 6 and the exercise function is beyond annoying. I can't find a way to start a treadmill run on it. I have searched on the app and on the watch itself but it just doesn't come up. Surely they must have a treadmill run exercise option to choose?

I know it can be a little harder to manage with a new device, I guess it is a matter of snooping with it!

Meanwhile, I'll be glad to provide you with some steps to start tracking all your workout sessions. To begin with, swipe left and right to show the apps on your tracker. Swipe until you get to the Exercise app . From this screen swipe up to see the list of exercises available. You can choose from over 40 exercise types to track your favorite workouts.
