How to stop Email Notifications on my Charge 6?

How do i stop email notifications on my fitbit.  I only want to be notified of texts but I can't find that either.  Please help.

Thank you for your help.  I was able ro sort it out with your instruction.  I had a hard time finding community and my question (senior moments take over) as I wanted ro thank you awhile ago. 🙂
