I cannot even create an account on the app

I downloaded fitbit app and it asks me to log into Google or fitbit but I'm first time user, . There is no where to create account showing .

So how do I register as new user?

I just set up a Fitbit account for my partner as a first-time Fitbit user and there was definitely an option to set up a new account, which must be created using your Google account now.

I’m having the same problem. My mother only has a Yahoo email account and more than one email account would be too confusing.
