Go with how you feel. If you feel great, continue to workout despite what the app says. I find it does give contradictory "advice" sometimes based on some data points it gathered that might be out of my normal; so it would recommend something to the contrary.
Thanks, Katherine. You nailed it. I just came off medication that was slowing my resting HB so it’s been about 5 beats higher than in the past, but I feel great. Nothing to do with my readiness.
