First off, this is not an issue of user error. This is not a problem with the Charge 6 itself, or the user. You can't wear your Fitbit better to fix this issue. None of that is the problem. The problem is in the Fitbit app itself. The screen goes grey and freezes the whole app, causing the user to have to close the app and re-enter just to get the app to function again. This happens every time, and only when, the irregular heart rhythm information tab is selected. There is zero information, the app screen goes grey and there is nothing you can do until you close out the app entirely and re-enter. There is no data to be seen, there is nothing but grey. It's a PROBLEM, and NOT with the USER. !!!MODERATORS!!! Please address the CORRECT ISSUE.
