Hi all,

I have a Samsung S9, certain screens don’t load, instead they have a blank screen and just crash which requires the app to the closed and reopened. 

The app is up to date, the phone is up to date etc etc The Charge 6 is new and up to date.  

Any ideas??

It is a known issue many have been complaining about that is supposed to be addressed with next update. Therefore, all you can do is wait for it.
