Irregular rhythm setup not working

I just got the Charge 6 and can't get access to the Irregular Rhythm notifications either. Under Health Assessment the tab with Irregular rhythm notifications says "this feature has been turned off" Well, how do I turn it back on? If I tap on it I get the "google" sign in page and then it goes to some blank page with a little "privacy - terms" icon in the lower right corner. Clicking on that give me "protected by reCAPTCHA" and then a page with the entire 'terms of service'.

None of the previously mentioned 'solutions' in other postings have worked for me.

Tapping 'continue with Google' goes here:

Clicking on "Yes"

Since I only have one account, there's no mistaking which one I tap, which leads me to this end of the line:

Yes, the app is updated to 4.24 (made sure just now).

iPhone is updated to version 17.6.1

What's the deal?
