Is Fitbit dying?

The horrendous sleep charts aside, Google has fired the customer service team and now direct you to the self help Google forums where regular users volunteer to help other users.

Now the web dashboard is gone. Is software website giant can't maintain a webpage? Something isn't right about that.

Hi @konombut Customer service is still around. These community forums have been around for many years where members help members, which is pretty common for the internet. Anyway....

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or X/Twitter works well, too.
