Is it possible to walk too much?

I'm not worried or anything I'm just curious. I did 20k steps today and I feel really good but is there a point I shouldn't go beyond? I would never have thought so but I'd love to hear what others think 🙂 also I swear I'm not being sarcastic like I legit want to know

It's great to hear you're feeling good, exercise is a fantastic way to boost your mood and energy levels. Generally, beginners shouldn't jump straight into high step counts. It's important to gradually increase your activity level to avoid injury.

There would be many variables to consider is the goal exercise, weight loss bone strength circulation is it causing irradiation or over eating  , it would be hard to give a categorical answer. That is what 9 miles, you may get most of the benefits from 9 miles walking 3 with less of the negatives etc. If you were doing this daily then may be would be above optimal, then again what would you be doing instead possibly something that may have more of an adverse impact like eating sweets or driving which cause stress There is a lot of trade offs and considerations
