Issue with Exercise History Freezing on Charge 6

Hi,

 

For some time now, I’ve been experiencing an issue where, although the software on my Charge 6 works fine overall, it freezes whenever I try to access the calendar view of my workout days or exercise history. I have to restart the app or the device to regain functionality.

All the other menus and features work perfectly.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  1. Reinstalled the app
  2. Updated everything to the latest version
  3. Deleted the last two weeks of exercise data in case the issue was related to corrupted entries

Has anyone else experienced this? And does anyone know how to fix it?

Yep having the same issue for a couple weeks now.  And now today no sleep recorded.  Tried all the hacks (restarting app, restarting device, turning phone off, disconnecting and re-pairing, upgrading).  Nothing has worked!  Frustrated as this is my sixth Fitbit (I’ve been using since 2014) and it continues to get worse and worse.
