Just quit working

My charge 6 just quit working for no reason. Has anyone else had this happen? It’s at 66% battery.

Ja. Na volledig opladen wil mijn charge 6 niet meer opstarten. Scherm blijft zwart. Bij resetten start hij ook niet op.

Would you please provide some more information so we can recommend troubleshooting steps?

Do you have a non-responsive screen? Is it not syncing with the Fitbit app?

Thank you for your reply, but I figured it out. I just pressed the button on the charger plug 3 times and it started working. I appreciate the help!

I have the same problem, my charge 6 was complete empty (lost charger) 

now in charger for 6 hours and I keep having a black screen
