My battery overnight went from lasting several days to lasting 12hours if I'm lucky. I've checked processes and stopped certain things but it's still the same. Tried restarting several times. Is this time for a new one? It's only 8 months old.

I’m having the same issue with my charge 6. The battery first started draining because Google Wallet kept disconnecting from the phone. Now the battery just depletes. It doesn’t last more than a few hours. I have left the app open, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned Bluetooth off and on, turned the device off and on using both the option on the Fitbit and restarting by using the charger. As a last resort, I factory reset the device. Restarting the device causes the battery to sharply drain i. e., going from 50% to 4%. GPS is phone only. Screen wake is set to manual. None of the steps to “fix” this work.
Update: since factory resetting the device, it keeps asking to pair with my phone while the battery drains. I give up.
