I believe there should be a Weights or Strength Training activity that you can use for your KB workouts. You'll need to scroll through all the listed activities in the Exercise tile to find the right one to use. After you do at least one workout, that activity should be at the top of the list as a recently used exercise so you won't have to scroll through the list to find it again.
