Lifetime Steps

Hello! I have had a Fitbit since 2012. I currently have a Charge 6 with an android Google phone. I cannot find my lifetime steps anywhere. My old dashboard is gone when I try to access it on my laptop.

Can anyone help me find my lifetime steps total please.

Hello @Aflon and welcome to the Community.  Fitbit/Google removed access when it shut down the web dashboard.  There are two things we can do to give feedback about this:

  • Vote for and leave a comment on this request in the Product Feedback forum.
  • Send feedback directly to Fitbit/Google in the Fitbit app.  Tap on your profile picture, then Send feedback.
