Login Issues with the App

Hi! I just bought the Charge 6 and wanted to login with my Fitbit Account, as I also have a new smartphone. The Fitbit App is now on the device, but as soon as I want to login I have 2 issued. 

 

Login in with Google Account: it doesn't show my Google Accounts which are already synched with my smartphone. I also tried creating a new Google Account as this was the only think I was able to do after clicking on "Login with Google" but even this one isn't shown after I've created it. 

Login with Fitbit Account: I can type in my credentials, but after that it loads for a while and I am send back to the Start Page. 

I already tried to delete the cache, deinstall and reinstall the app twice but it didn't help. 

Did someone experienced something similar and can help?

At that time, we were experiencing an issue impacting various functions with Fitbit and the Fitbit app. This issue has already been resolved, and you shouldn't have any further issues like that. Thanks for your understanding!

thank you so much for your reply! Yeah, it seems there are currently problems, which should be fixed with the new update today. Fingers crossed.
