How can I find my charge6 tracker?Does GPS help me?

Hello @Otto-Günter and welcome to the Community.  Fitbits sync with Bluetooth and it has a working range of about 30 ft (10 m).  If you can sync it, then it it in range and you need to keep looking.  Fitbits are supposed to sync every fifteen minutes.  You should be able to check the last sync time by tapping on your device/battery icon and checking that time on your Charge 6 tile.  If you need to search a different area, where you think you lost it, try one of the Bluetooth find apps suggested in this Help article.
