Missing data on app

On Wednesday 23rd I lost my hourly activity on the app. Last night I also lost my day, week, month, year activity. I went on line messaging a guy on Wednesday, but he was no help at all. I am incredibly frustrated.

Me! I have just uninstalled the IOS App and then installed and everything is back to normal! Yay!

I uninstalled the app a couple days ago to fix missing data and everything loaded. However I noticed that my sleep data isn’t working.

Hi, @KarenDorton , I am so glad that you are back on track!  @Pular64 I would strongly recommend creating your own post on this subject and providing as much info as possible, especially which tracker you use, how long you have had it, and what OS you use (iPhone or Android).  You’ll get the best help with your issue that way.

I'm sorry you are experiencing some trouble to access your data via the Fitbit app. Thank you for reporting this issue.

Let me inform you this issue has been escalated. Our team is currently aware of the situation and they are working to find a resolution as soon as possible.

Some users have been able to resolve this issue by uninstalling/reinstalling the Fitbit app as you may have already realized. It's great that you were able to resolve it this way.

As @Julia_G said, it's a great idea to keep topics separated in order to keep the community as much organized as possible. If you noticed some issues with yor sleep data and it doesn't seem related to the issue discussed here, i invite you to create a new topic. I appreciate yor time in this process.
