My Charge 6 stopped working again

This is my third Charge 6 and it just died. It was replaced under warranty about a year and a half ago because the Bluetooth quit working. The one before stopped working suddenly as well. Has anyone else had this issue. I really like FitBit and the app, but I’m about to give up on them. I’ve also have two FitBits before these, Charge 3 and 5 if I remember correctly. It seems they only last a year or so before they need to be replaced.

Even though I truly appreciate you took the time to come here and express your feelings towards your experience with your Fitbit devices and also want to find a resolution to your issue, my best advice is to keep the conversation with our team. Note for this kind of inquiries/cases/process, there's not so much we here in the forums can do for you as this is something that our team handles based on our policies.

My 6 was good for about 2 years, recently it would restart in mid-workout, and eventually not even restart until placed back on charger. I went back to my Charge 2 which has worked perfectly for years.
