My charge 6 records my hourly activity however the app regularly misses out an hour or two. So that even if my charge 6 says I’ve done 12 hours the app only shows 11. Are these faults happening so that we have to pay for the premium service?

Best Answer@Sailordavep1966 this is a known issue with the Fitbit app. It is not related to whether users have a Premium subscription.

I am still experiencing this issue. It just happened this week (again). More than happy to share additional details if the team wants it.
Best wishes.
Hi MarioSFitbit
This has also been happening to me regularly over the last several months. The latest time it happened and my Fitbit app is not showing my 250 step goal for that hour as being completed, whilst my Fitbit device clear shows the goal as completed for that hour, was today! I am getting very sick of the app recording stats indicating that I’ve fallen short of my goal although my Fitbit device tells me I have completed that goal.
Whilst I am here, please also tell me why I can no longer manually track an exercise activity and choose how to describe the activity? I used to record my twice-weekly pickleball sessions as ‘pickleball’. Now I have to choose from a set list that doesn’t include pickleball so I have to choose the nearest which is tennis, or racquetball. I want my record to show what I have ACTUALLY done!!!!
Best AnswerHello @NewbieNov22
Have you tried to edit your manually tracked completed activity in the Fitbit app to change it from tennis/racquetball to pickleball? That's what I do to track my Tai Chi workouts. I manually start the session as Martial Arts, then edit the completed activity in the app to change it to Tai Chi.

Best AnswerHi Reiko,
I can’t do that. The app has no facility for me to edit completed activities, other than to amend the start and finish times. I used to be able to amend the activity to Pickleball. Then at some point after Google took over it changed. That’s why I’m so frustrated. Once I was able to do this, but since the change to Google everything has gradually got worse. Is your app on an Android device, or is it Apple and iOS? Mine is the latter. I suspect (just a guess) it’s on iOS that most of the problems are occurring.
Best AnswerHi @NewbieNov22
Thanks for the additional information. I'm using the Android app.
It does look like the issue is with the iOS app. With this in mind, I suggest that you post your issue on the iOS app forum (<-- click) to call attention to this problem in the iOS app.
