For the past 8 months my Fitbit has alerted me that I was in Afib usually it the 2:00 - 5:30 am time frame about once per month. I had my yearly physical and mentioned this to my Dr. He recommended that I go see a Cardiologist. I did and they put me on a Heart Monitoring device for 1 month. with 2 week left of my 1 month monitoring my device registered Afib episode, My Cardiologist nurse called me and said I should start taking Baby Aspin once per day.
If I did not get notification from my Fitbit device, I might have missed this health issue which could have lead to a stoke or something else.
Thank you FitBit.

Hi @Berko2611 what wonderful news! I'm glad you saw your doctor and they were able to get you to the cardiologist. Baby aspirin daily beats the alternatives. Just continue to take care of yourself and thanks for sharing this with the community.

Thanks for getting back to us and for sharing your experience with your Charge 6 @Berko2611. It's always recommended getting your specialist's advise in order to prevent something worse.
I'm glad to hear that your Fitbit alerted you about this and that your cardiologist gave his professional advise. As @Odyssey13 mentioned, continue taking care of yourself.
Have a great weekend.
