My experience with Charge 6

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

After most recent update my charge 6 can no longer connect to my Matrix work out machine. Updates are supposed to help, not make the product you bought unable to work. I'm so freaking close to taking it to best buy, buying a "new" one, and returning my current, old watch. Then on the "new" one I will disable updates so I can actually use this piece of garbage since you guys don't know what your doing.

Just sad best buy has to take the hit on a used item because you guys can't stop breaking. The fact you don't allow us to backdate out version -- to one that works -- is disgusting. I will never buy Fitbit again because of this.

Just updated finally because I was hoping the broken google wallet pay was fixed. Nope. Still broken. It isnt my bank, it isnt google wallet, it isnt my phone. It is the garbage Fitbit as usual.

And along with EVERY update, Fitbit for some stupid reason has to make something again worse. Once again features ARE WORSE than before. You have to reset ALL your settings per workout. If you have screen always on and heart rate zones turned off, you have to manually do this for every single workout again.

I signed up my Fitbit with my banks electronic protection so in a month or two when I "accidently drop a dumbbell" on this garbage watch, i can get money to buy one that doesnt have DEI hire engineers and I will never buy Fitbit again. They dont listen to their customers. I make sure to tell everyone at my gym not to buy Fitbit because of this. So other people dont become victim to this garbage.
