Thanks for taking the time to share this feedback with me. I'm sorry to know your experience with it.
This device does not include the option to track floors. The Charge 6 includes many of the features available with Fitbit smartwatches at a more accessible price, but the option to track floors wasn't included with this specific device. You can find all the features available with this tracker on the Charge 6 user manual and on the Fitbit Store.

Both the Charge 5 & Charge 6 do not have an altimeter, which is needed to track floors.
The Fitbit app has a floor tile since there are still some devices that track floors. It's also there for historical purposes as there are users who had devices that tracked floors.
You can hide the Floor tile by tapping on the pencil icon on the Today page and turning off the Floor tile.
