My experience with Charge 6

So is anyone else having trouble w the 6?  The alarms are an issue and the wont honorca return

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing some troubles regarding the alarms of your Charge 6. 

I was able to verify that you contacted support, in that sense I suggest you continue with them since they have a few more tools in order to find your options and also in order to prevent misunderstandings.
