My experience with Charge 6

4 year fitbit user.  My charge 5 died, so ordered a charge 6.  It did not recognize or record any zone minutes, walks were not recorded as the were on the charge 5.  A 17 minute walk, logged 32 minutes, etc, etc.  Piece  of junk returned it and ordered another charge 5.  Now I get zo e minutes and correct walking mileage!

Hi @Lyndakemp.  As a fellow user (not a Fitbit employee), I understand your frustration.  Fitbit changed the heart rate algorithm on the Charge 6 and other current models.  It is supposed to be more accurate while exercising.  You aren't the only one who noticed a big zone minute change between the two devices.  I don't have an explanation for the exercise duration experience.

I figure if I'm walking uphill and short of breath, I should be earning zone min.
