My fitbit charge 6 has stopped listing REM, Light and Deep sleep stages. Now it only shows Awake, Restless and Asleep. How can i get the previous information style back? Also, it has begun giving a very inaccurate start time for when I go to sleep - out by about three hours for the past two nights. It's in Normal mode..

@NicoStein , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message.
Please verify that the heart rate was recorded continuously, and that there were no interruptions during the sleep.
Also please take the following into consideration:
The following conditions can prevent sleep phases from being recorded:
- You record your sleep using the app instead of the tracker's automatic sleep detection.
- The tracker's battery is almost empty when you go to bed (less than 25%). This prevents regular heart rate recording.
- You use the metal bracelet while sleeping
- You sleep less than 3 hours.
- The bracelet is too loose or too tight on your wrist. You should be able to put your index finger between the bracelet and your arm without much resistance so that your heart rate is recorded regularly and sleep phases can be recognized.

Hello @NicoStein
Are you seeing any issues with heart rate tracking?
Do you see a green light on the back of your Charge 6. The green light is the heart rate sensor and is needed for tracking sleep stages. If you place your finger across the back of the device and lift your finger, you should see the green light.
If you don't see the light, the first thing to check is that Heart rate is enabled on your Charge 6:

I see the green light and my watch shows my heart rate. I don't see any O2 data on the watch. Is that a different sensor. I do see since this afternoon some sleep data.

Hello @DroneXXX
There's a red light sensor for the SpO2 tracking. This help page (<-- click link) explains more about this reading.
The SpO2 reading is usually the last one that shows up for me. And, I've had times when I don't get an SpO2 reading, although all the other health metrics will show.
Have you had a chance to see if the SpO2 reading shows up in the app? I've seen users report that they don't see all their sleep data & scores on their device, but those will show up in the app.

I don't see breathing rate, heart rate variability, skin temp or oxygen saturation. All I see is resting heart rate in the app. It recorded that all night last night but still no sleep score.

I guess I can't see the infrared light but should I be able to see the red light? If it is only supposed to be on whilst I sleep how can I test it?
