I ordered my Fitbit Charge 6 a week ago and the status still says waiting to be picked up by carrier. If someone could please let me know what is happening with my order, that would be great. I have a code if anyone working @ Fitbit needs it.

You would have to contact support for the Google store to ask about the status of your order.

Fitbit said since I was out of warranty that I would get a 30/35% discount on a new one so Fitbit ordered it for me. Not sure who to contact.

Thank you for the additional details.
Did you get an email confirming the order for your replacement? If not, you could try contacting Fitbit support first. If you still have the information, give them the case # for your original issue. Then ask them to confirm that your replacement was ordered. Hopefully, there wasn't a confusion in communications and an order was placed for you.
