New Charge 6 Gallery/Apps Menu Hang on iOS

Whenever I navigate to the "Watch Face" or "Apps" section in the Fitbit app, the UI enters an infinite loading state and becomes unresponsive, requiring a forced restart of the app.

Steps Taken:

Cross-Device Verification: Confirmed the identical behavior on both an iPhone and an iPad.

Account Testing: Reproduced the issue across multiple independent Google accounts.

Network Testing: Confirmed the issue persists on 5G cellular data and Wi-Fi (with iCloud Private Relay disabled).

App Maintenance: Deleted and reinstalled the Fitbit app on both devices.

Bluetooth Troubleshooting: Unpaired the device, "ignored" it in iOS Bluetooth settings, and re-paired.

Device Restart: Restarted the Charge 6 via the settings menu. Also restarted iPhone.

The issue remains unresolved after all the above actions.

I also tried the public preview program in the IoS app; same problem.

Same with my Inspire 3, maybe it’s an iOS app issue?
