My Charge 6 quit sequencing yesterday, 11/4/2024 and I have the iPhone. I reinstalled the latest update and am looking here for troubleshooting further. I’m a FitBit Premium member paying a yearly fee for nothing? What gives here!?

Unfortunately it happens allllll the time. Mine currently won't sync either. Fitbit doesn't have an answer for it, along with most problems.

I've gotten confirmation that the team is aware some iOS users are experiencing syncing issues and are working on fixing the problem. Considering that the fix for the syncing issue that some Android users were experiencing was rolled out in an app update, I expect there will be a similar update for iOS users.
If I learn of any updates, I'll report back.
At this time, there isn't any troubleshooting that we can recommend since the issue is on the Fitbit side.

Can you please check which Fitbit app version you have?

Android OS 10 - started having sync issues yesterday (11/08/2024) app version 4.28.3. Problems like this shouldn't be happening....

There's a new Android update to version 4.29. I believe this update is supposed to include the fix for the Android users who still had syncing issues with version 4.28.3.
The updates tend to rollout in waves. Keep checking the Play Store for the update and install it when it's available.
Let us know if you're still having syncing problems after installing version 4.29.
