New Fitbit 6 won't sync to website or Rewards

Recently purchased a Charge 6 because Charge 5 wasn't accurate anymore. I have it sync to my phone. Shows up as Charge 6, however it doesn't show up under devices on website and I can't get it to sync to my Get Moving in my Rewards.Tried everything on both websites. It just doesn't show up. I had no problem with Charge 5. Please help

Hi @MonicaS57 I think that you are saying that the Charge 6 shows up as connected in your Fitbit app. 

I have no idea what Website that you say the Charge 6 is not Connie Ted width, and I'm not sure which reward program that you are referring to. I'm connected to several, including one that donates to a non profit as I take walks or bike rides

Fitbit website it doesn't show up under my devices.  and my health care website. Charge 5 synced with no problem at all.
