New Fitbit Charge 6 user, increasingly dissatisfied

ANSWERED

I know this has been posted about elsewhere but my latest disappointment is that the Charge 6 doesn't time runs to seconds, only to minutes. A 20 second improvement on a 5K run, say, would be very significant but Fitbit doesn't tell you about it. I know it's not a specialist running watch but timing to seconds is hardly advanced. It's crazy. I would not recommend Fitbit to anyone.

Hello @jontris

When the Fitbit app was updated last year, the seconds information for a completed activity was not retained. I've already notified the Fitbit team about this omission. I'm waiting for this omission to be corrected in a future app update.

There's currently a feature request to restore this information in the Product Feedback forum (<-- click link) where you can add your vote & comments.
