Ordered charge 6 back in November 23 which seems to be stuck in transit from 30th November. Managed to get through to someone online who reissued complementary one which has now went the same way. The service is horrendous thos was a Christmas present that I still not have received so so disappointed

I placed an order for the charge 6 on November 30th. I contacted fitbit support 3 times and the last time being two days ago. I asked where my fitbit is? It said my order was still being processed. Anyways, I guess I was rude enough, the person never did tell me when it would be shipped. He just said they were working as fast as possible to get it to me. I got it today!! Maybe contact them, you should have got it by now.
