Welcome @forsyth to  the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

I'm glad to help you with the missing sleep score.

If you received a sleep log, but it only includes your sleep pattern, you won't receive slee score. You need to receive sleep stages in order to get a sleep score.

What kind of sleep record did you receive?

If you did receive sleep stages but you still don't see a sleep score, note that it may take a few minutes for your sleep score to appear.

If you have waited enough, update the Fitbit app to the latest version. For instructions, refer to How do I use the Fitbit app?

reboot phone.

restart watch.

Then, if android, go to settings/apps/fitbit and clear cache and data (note - this will reset anything you have changed in the fitbit app.)

start fitbit and log in and then sync. (you may have to re-pair bluetooth.)

Hope that helps...

Hello @forsyth

There was an issue on the Fitbit side that was affecting some users where they didn't get their sleep score/sleep data. According to this thread (<-- click), the issue was resolved.

Please let us know if your sleep score returned.
