No snapchat notification?

I don’t get notifications from snapchat or other apps from my phone on my new charge 6. Is there a way to turn them on?

Hi, @Migoris , in your Fitbit app you will need to select which notifications come through to your Charge 6.  From the opening screen of the app click on the small icon top left (smart phone and watch).  Click on your Charge 6 and then choose “Notifications”.  Under app notifications please select all apps whose notifications you want to receive.  Snapchat and many other notifications are available.  When you are finished be sure to save your selection and sync your Fitbit.

In order to receive notifications you will need to have your phone with you, paired, and within Bluetooth range with the Fitbit app running in the background.
