Notifications don't wake up screen

Hello dear community !

I start to wear Fitbit 6 near two weeks ago. The most problematic point for me is that notifications do not appear automatically and wake up the screen. I have to press ,tap or move my hand. Also I cannot put it automatically as it not in settings. I'm working with computer so it is very uncomfortable to be forced to use some actions to see the message there. Please update it.

When your Charge 6 gets a notification, it will vibrate. But it won't show the notification until you turn your wrist to wake the display. That is the way it is currently designed to work. This help article explains How do notifications work on my Fitbit? (<-- click link)
