Charge 6 - Notifications won't turn off

My charge six is showing notifications constantly and I've tried turning them off and it will not work

Let me help you manage your notifications on your Charge 6.

You should be able to turn notifications off by doing the following:

• Swipe down from the clock face to access quick settings
• Turn on DND mode or Sleep mode to turn notifications off.

Have you turned them off this way? If yes, please try a restart if you haven't done so. To do so:

1. Connect your device to the charging cable.
2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times with one-second pause between each press.
3. Wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
