One Touch by Verio app

I'm diabetic, I use a One Touch blood sugar monitor which has it's own app. When I updated my Fitbit to the Charge 6 and added a Fitbit premium membership I was checking out the features and saw that the app for my One Touch was a 'compatible app' so I granted the permission... But the apps aren't communicating? There seems to be no point? Shouldn't my blood sugar data be shared with Fitbit?

Hello @Ravyn494 and welcome to the Community.  I don't use a OneTouch, but am aware of the Fitbit compatibility.  Are you starting the connection from the OneTouch app?  I don't know why the apps are communicating, but there is a path to import your glucose measurement that starts on the Fitbit app.

  • Tap on your Glucose tile on your Fitbit app
  • Tap on the gear icon in the upper right
  • Swipe up to the Connected Devices & Apps at the bottom of the screen
  • Tap on OneTouch Reveal
  • Log in with your OneTouch Reveal app credentials

If this doesn't work, I will flag your post to get a moderator to help you.
