I just received my Charge 6 which I'm very happy with. Yesterday my Panzer Glass screens protector arrived. I followed the instructions and secured it to the device. Less that 18 hours later I discovered that it had fallen off. Once more I cleaned the screen and stuck it back on. 2 hours later I heard something hit the floor and it's the screen protector. It's now shattered from hitting the tile floor. Has anyone been able to get these replaced? 30 bucks from fitbit and destroyed in less that 24 hours. I did contact support and am waiting for a response by email. Thank you

I'm not sure how long mine lasted as I lost it, but it was only a few days. I tried to get my money back, but it didn't meet their warranty restrictions because I was unable to locate the glass and send it back. Total joke! I'm usually happy with the FitBit customer service, but not this time.

Same thing just happened to me as well. Mine lasted for about a week. After falling off once, I was lucky to find it and repeat the proper procedure of installing it. Second time it just fell off somewhere, it is lost. I regret my decision to buy from Fitbit, rather than from Amazon, I was thinking that they would be more trustworthy than who-knows-who company on Amazon. I contacted Customer Support, they sent me the link for this community forum, with rules and agreements one need hours to read and properly understand. Who has the time for that? Customer support has to be easy to approach and actually doing something to help, and not sending people to a Community forum with no other expectations than to listen to each other with compassion. I am very disappointed, not only for the waste of money, but also for the lost of trust. I wasn't able to find yet a place to actually review this product, so other people will not waste their money like we did.

Wow, I would never install a glass screen protector (assuming it's really glass) on a curved screen of any device. It'll never line up exactly right, which is what it needs. They shouldn't even sell those!
I got some of the cheap wet-apply plastic ones from Amazon that give you like 8 for $10, installed one and it's been surpisingly great (only been a couple months, but I forget that it's even on there). Since you get several for cheap, you can replace them when they inevitably get scuffed up or start peeling. If I'd known the Charge 6 had a glass screen, I would not even have done that (I used the same type of screen protector on my plastic-screened Inspire HR and just got them by default).

The glass screen lined up fine. The issue is that it wouldn't stay stuck to
the screen. Falling off just in normal wear is insane
Yeah, that's kind of what I mean. To a human eye it might seem to be positioned fine. But because of the limited flexibility of the protector it would have to be really exact to have any hope of sticking properly for any length of time.

This just happened to me too. Didn't even stay on for a day. Popped off. Been using fitbit for over 6 years now and although I enjoy the trackers, their accessories have underwhelmed me 100% of the time.

This happened to me recently. I purchased the screen protector from fitbit in January (2024). I spoke with fitbit and they told me to reach out directly to Panzerglass. I did around Easter and they ended up shipping me a replacement, which I got last week. Unfortunately, last night (4/16) the thing popped off again but I was able to stick it back on. We will see how long it lasts...

I'm surprised that Fitbit still sells that crap knowing that its garbage. Greed is alive and well at Fitbit.
