Did you mean:

Paused run and a Gpay

Hey,

More like a suggestion, as I believe this can be sorted out by the software engineers. So once you pause a run and want to make a payment through GPay, you actually need to stop the exercise and then start it again as a new record. I know to access GPay, you actually need to leave exercises, which is actually an app, but cache is still on the watch if you haven't your phone with you - so in my opinion this might be sorted out.

A bit silly if during the long distance run you just want to grab quickly a bottle of water somewhere, but because of that you need to split your training session in two.

Regards,
Raf

Hi, @RafRafRaf , as you are aware, the way Fitbits are currently designed you can only use one app at a time and that is why you have to end the exercise app before you can use the payment app.

If you would like to see the engineers investigating a change in the way it works, the best place to get your suggestion noticed is by posting in the Product Feedback Forum .  There others can vote for and comment on your suggestion.  That forum is regularly monitored by moderators and suggestions are fed back to the software engineers.  The more popular a suggestion the more likely it is to be implemented.

Actually - I can do, or a forum moderator should move this thread?.
