I've had my FB Charge 6 for less than 1 week and the Bluetooth connection is very unreliable. I have to constantly check the Settings on my iphone to see whether it is connected or not (often it has disconnected and I have not been made aware of messages received).
I have turned Bluetooth On & Off on my phone; I have open/closed Fitbit App on my iphone; I have reset the FB6 device several times; I have turned my iphone On/Off several times. I have full charge on phone & FB6 device. There are a handful of other devices that I Bluetooth my phone with but my Fitbit Charge 2 was significantly better than FB6.
Is this common with any other users and has there been any solutions that fix the connectivity on a more reliable/permanent basis? Thanks.

I'm experiencing a problem where my iPhone's Bluetooth indicates it's connected, but the app isn't receiving data. Additionally, the FitBit's battery lasts 3 days instead of the advertised week.
