charge 6 pre-order did not provide sports band as per order

You're right. That's not good.

If you pre-ordered your Charge 6 from Fitbit, you should contact support (<-- click link) to resolve the issue.

My order confirmation email stated the sports band was on backorder.  Hard to know if it will arrive in October or November as the date given was 10/11/2023.  All other Fitbit emails use the US date system of month first so it should have been ready to ship with the watch on 11th October but didn't arrive with the package today.

Support asked me to show a screenshot showing sports band was included.  Obviously the order page is not showing that now since preorder is over. Did anyone else saw the free sports band during preorder? This is so scandalous

I have had the exact same issue, and they have ignored all my emails!

My sports band arrived yesterday so it was just on back order.

Exact same thing happened to me.  Fitbit support repeatedly denied the sports band was part of the order, asked for screenshot evidence, ect. and generally gave me the runaround and wasted more of my time than the "free" gift was worth.  The sports band was only delivered under threat of the tracker being returned.   V. poor performance indeed, Fitbit

I have the same issue. Haven't contacted them yet. I will wait patiently till 12th of Nov (to give them +1 day), in case they will decide to fix their issue by themselves instead of asking me those ridiculous questions about screenshots etc.

The sports band ships seperately, and will most likely arrive after the Charge 6.

Yesterday I've received an email that it's on its way, so no need to contact support for me. Perhaps they have seen this thread? 🤣
