New fit not working and chasing for 2 months to get a reply.

But there is so much that doesn’t work. And they can only focus on one thing. 
1. Sometimes mine doesn’t sync unless chatting to them

2. constantly getting not all ups have been updated notification -which no one knows what it means and has been passed up higher multiple times

3. my watch doesn’t always vibrate when I get a notification, call, text, email

4. Climbing floors has never worked

5. sometimes my read nones’s score, temperature or heart rate doesn’t calculate even though I wear my watch constantly

Regarding point #4, the Charge 6 doesn't have the necessary hardware to calculate floors climbed.

So it’s a new watch and it doesn’t have the hardware which majority of watches beforehand did?

The altimeter was removed in the Charge 5, and not brought back for the Charge 6.
