Readiness and sleep score missing

Readiness and sleep scores are missing since 10/5. Also heart rate is not working either. Not sure what happened -Fitbit needs to fix this!

Hello @Lturner12 

Since you mention that you're not getting heart rate, it sounds like your optical heart rate sensor isn't on/working. I suspect that you don't see a green light on the back of your Charge 6. The green light is the optical heart rate sensor and it's needed for sleep tracking and readiness scores. 

The first thing to do is to check the Settings tile on your Charge 6 to see that Heart rate is turned on:

  • Swipe down from the clock face until you see Settings (last tile) and tap on it.
  • Swipe up to get to Heart rate and confirm that it's turned on. If not, tap on it to enable it.
