I have a certain readiness score when I wake up in the morning and sync. Let's say it is low because I did not get good sleep, or I had stress previous day.
Then I rest during the day. Maybe I sleep a little. I thought my readiness score in the evening should go up because I have restored the body during the day. But readiness score still is the same and will change only next morning.
Can someone tell me why it is so? And if there is any setting change or any other way I can kind of refresh the score in the evening?
Thanks.

I don't think it is designed to changed during the day. One factor is heat rate variability which is only measured at night, another active zone minutes each day, which isn't going to reset by partial days. And it really doesn't detect your rest unless it is long enough to be detected as sleep, i.e. at least an hour.

Hello @Sanjay_111
You might find this help article useful in understanding the daily Readiness score (<-- click link) and the data used to calculate it.
Based on the information in the article and my experience, the Readiness score is calculated once a day when you sync your device with the Fitbit app in the morning.
