I’ve had my Fitbit for over a year, with premium, and in the last month or so it has started losing days for readiness. This week, although I have worn it everyday and while sleeping, I have no readiness score for Monday, Tuesday or Friday. It clearly isn’t that I haven’t been wearing it consistently, the battery is charged (about 90% right now after wearing it last night), and the sensors are clear. All other data is tracking daily. Any idea why the readiness score just isn’t available consistently?

The algorithm for the daily readiness score changed in a recent app update. This help page describes what changed with the daily readiness score (<-- click link).
Since you mention that you getting all your other data, it doesn't make sense to me as to why you're not consistently getting a readiness score.
Please keep monitoring and let us know if the problem continues or gets worse. If I see any information that would help explain the discrepancies, I'll report back.
